Professional and disciplinary team management in quality management (<10 employees) Ensuring compliance with statutory standards and customer-specific requirements Defining and achieving quality and business objectives Quality support in the further development of machining production (quality pre-planning by FMEA) Building a Quality Assurance Process in Manufacturing Alongside the Implementation of Process Control Continuous improvement process: analysis of quality problems and introduction of appropriate preventive and corrective measures Preparation and implementation of internal and external audits

Complete degree in mechanical engineering / production technology or comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience in the quality of a manufacturing company Extensive experience in quality in series production (small series) Very good knowledge of methods (e.g. Six Sigma, FMEA, ISO 9001 etc.) German and English language skills in word and writing Ideal experience in a medium-sized company with cutting production
