Complaint management and downtime processing
Documentation and forwarding of complex cases as required
Your qualification:
Excellent knowledge of German in word and writing
Very good English skills
Experience in customer service is desirable, but no requirement
Secure handling of digital tools and quick understanding
Communication strength, empathy and a solution-oriented mode of operation
