In this responsible position, you act as project manager in our Competence Center Planning / CAD and are responsible for the professional management of the project team. The site is the Rhein-Main branch, based in Frankfurt am Main.

Creation of design/approach planning according to HOAI performance phases 1-4 (5) Specialized management of the expertise and the architect and design teams Coordination of internal planning teams and freelance activities to comply with deadline, cost, quality and performance requirements Implementation of feasibility studies – Phase 0 – Creation of demand planning Creation of documents according to § 24 BHO/LHO according to GA-Bau/ RBBau for the estimation of construction measures Ensuring public policy issues (brand protection, § 79 HBO, building planning law, building order law, etc.) Provision of planning services, in particular for difficult measures Technical and organisational support of the construction sector in opposition, action or similar procedures Participation in overarching working groups, including across countries Development of proposals for process optimization
