You are responsible for the comprehensive management and development of an interdisciplinar engineering and assembly area with the aim of ensuring efficient processes, high quality and sustainable growth. In this way, you will guide the team professionally and professionally and promote the development of your team members. In addition, you will design the abstraction of the department in the areas of sales, production and quality and support the commitment to the planning, control and implementation of development projects. By means of a predictive resource and capacity planning, you will ensure that time, cost and quality objectives are maintained and the department budget including investment and cost planning. Finally, you will analyse existing engineering and assembly processes, identify optimization potentials and take appropriate measures to optimize the process in order to continuously increase efficiency and competitiveness.

Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or mechatronics or completed further training for technicians or masters in the above-mentioned fields or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in the field of technology, ideally in management and with experience in leadership of teams and in project and budget responsibility Safe handling of common engineering tools and project management methods Basic commercial conditions desirable Good MS Office and SAP knowledge Very good knowledge of German and English (word / font) Global readiness to travel High performance, reliability and sense of responsibility In this job, the A and O skills of communication and leadership are the A and O!
