Research, advice and services for more security on the Internet The DFN-CERT is a highly specialised service company whose focus is on all aspects of cyber security. We protect computers, clouds and local networks as well as parts of the global network infrastructure, and we often go beyond industry standards through our own developments. Our services allow the security officers of the organisations we provide to perform their tasks faster and better in order to ensure data protection, security and liability of electronic communication. The DFN-CERT supports the users of the DFN agreement: more than 400 legally independent organisations in the fields of science and research. In addition, customers from the field of federal and state administrations as well as industry are included. In European and national research projects, we prepare new services and develop solutions for acute safety problems. You're looking for a new sphere of action? Then come to our team IT-Security Consultant (m/w/d) You will be part of our Incident Response Team (IRT), which is designed for quick and efficient analysis and response in security incidents. It assists in the analysis and procurement of data, the exchange of contacts, the control of sources (such as the deactivation of phishing pages) and provides assistance and recommendations for action for emergency processing. As a performance to prevent security incidents, the IR team regularly sends German-speaking security advisories and information about patches for current vulnerabilities.
