You bring experience from the housing industry, especially in the WEG- and/or SEV/Hausverwaltung or Financial and/or balance sheet accounting, and want to drive the digitalization of these processes forward? As Product Owner WEG Management / Accounting (w/m/d) for our housing software WOWIPORT form you new central functions, recognizes potential for improvement, priority Requirements and encourages ideas to become market-ready features – always looking at the benefits for our customers.

You can work with us 100 % remote across Germany, via a occasional presence (1–2 days a month) at our locations in Leipzig or Berlin we would be happy.

Responsibility: You take the technical lead for the modules WEG administration, foreign administration or accounting – from the concept phase to the successful rollout. Team work: You work closely and collaboratively Software Developer:innen, Tester:innen, UX/UI-Designer:innen und Stakeholders together. Requirement management: You capture, prioritize and care Requirements in close coordination with users:inside. Process optimization: You identify and shape process improvements in house money and foreign accounting (EÜR), owner meetings, business plans or bookings, invoices and Annual closing activities – focusing on efficiency, standardization and usability. · Document: You first want User Stories, acceptance criteria and technical documentation for development and quality assurance English. Communication: You inform customers:internal teams Innovations, e.g. through release notes, manuals and training videos.

Qualification: You have completed training as real estate businesswoman or a study with commercial or property economic focus. Quality: You have profound experience in WEG administration, foreign administration or accounting/booking, ideally through professional experience in housing or as ERP user:in. Technical understanding: You feel safe in dealing with technical topics and like to work closely with software developers: UX/UI designer: inside together. Communication strength: You communicate clearly, convincingly and empathically with different stakeholders, both internally and external. · ERP knowledge: Ideally, you bring experience with ERP systems and Processes from the real estate or Housing business with. · Language knowledge: You master German insolvency (C1) and English fluent (min. B2).
