In your internship at an internationally leading medical technology company, you are in the middle of it only: you support our Human Resources team in innovative projects, deepen your expertise and gain practical experience that will keep you professional and personal. You will gain insights into the day-to-day operating business as well as strategic HR initiatives in which you actively support HR Business Partners and get to know the human resources management of an international group in practice. You are working independently on projects in the areas of employee care, personnel development and administration. You take responsibility for organizing and coordinating events and workshops. You have the opportunity to introduce and implement your own projects and ideas. In addition, you work closely with other areas as part of interdisciplinary activities and get to know different interfaces of the company. You have the opportunity to work out from home in a vote of up to two days a week.

You study economics, psychology, sociology, pedagogy or law, ideally with a focus on staff, and are in an advanced semester. Good knowledge of the current MS Office applications as well as very good knowledge of German and English on B2 level allow you to communicate easily in our international environment. Your high self-initiative and openness as well as a strong interest in modern staff work and service orientation motivate you to take on challenging tasks both independently and in the team. Your positive and communication-strong personality makes it easy for you to approach internal and external contacts and establish new contacts.
