The External Affairs & Sustainability team plays a strategically central role with interfaces to management, stakeholders and shareholders as well as numerous internal functions. Core tasks: You work with the development and implementation of climate strategies and cross-functional decarbonization measures You support the calculation of the Product Carbon Footprint of our NextGen fuel cell system You research and analyze the ESG compliance requirements You support building the energy and environmental management system according to ISO 14001/ 50001 You contribute to the internal sustainability communication (e.g. creation of training materials, forum documents, updating Intranet) You analyze the H2 ecosystem throughout its value chain from hydrogen production to end customers and work on their strategic development with You support in preparing political and scientific exchange formats (presentations and position papers)
Required skills/experience: You are currently studying BWL, economic engineering or in a comparable course of study It is advantageous if you have already gained first experience in sustainability, communication or technology projects You are passionate about sustainability strategy, green mobility and future of energy Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented manner are your strengths Your own initiative and your very good organizational skills for project coordination and communication characterize you You are safe to use MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and have very good German and English skills
