Management of integrated energy solutions (heat & storage, PV) (m/f/d)

You lead our interdisciplinary team and drive the growth in our divisions Heat Solutions/Contracting and Photovoltaic/Save You are responsible for the strategic and operational construction of the new unit and brings together colleagues in a team For the customer, your work creates an integrated solution offering that includes technical components such as heat pumps, photovoltaic systems, wall boxes, storage and energy management systems Under your leadership, the team enthuses our customers with exceptional service quality and digital solutions Efficient processes are guaranteed by process optimization along the entire value chain - from request to commissioning to disruption You build a strong partner network and control it. (installers, planners, system providers) Frictionless processes are created by close coordination with sales, technology, purchasing, IT and controlling Cross-Selling potentials you identify together with the Commodity distribution and implement them strategically

Your value-oriented leadership skills create trust, unites modesty, willingness to develop and the clear focus on the success of the NEW A completed study in the field of energy engineering, industrial engineering or in a comparable course of studies forms your technical basis Multiannual experience in the energy industry - ideally focusing on heat, PV and storage - allows you to tap into market potentials Legal framework conditions (EEG, GEG, EnWG, BEW, KWKG) are valid; AVBFernwärmeV-Knowledge are indispensable The experience of transformation and cross-departmental cooperation is essential understanding of technology, market knowledge and knowledge on promotions and regulators You think entrepreneurial and develop sustainable business cases You have internalized the handling of digital tools for customer relationship care (salesforce skills are advantageous) Certified project management competence (e.g. IPMA, PMI), certified process management competence (e.g. Lean-Six-Sigma) as well as a structured, high-conversion operation are of advantage Communication at eye level with different stakeholders succeeds you Pleasure of change, pragmatism and willingness to shape complete your profile
