Object Manager / Real Estate Manager (m/w/d)

We are currently looking for a/n for our customer at the Nuremberg site

• Supporting national and international customers and clients
• First contact for the predominantly commercial tenants
• Commercial management of the technical management of the properties
• Coordination and supervision of external technical and infrastructure service providers
• Compilation/examination of additional cost accounting
• receivable management, auditing and processing
• Responsibility for budget/liquidity planning and monitoring with the technical object management
• Regular object visits and development of the reports agreed with the customer

Your knowledge and skills:

• Training as a real estate businessman (m/w/d), specialist or study with a focus on real estate
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in real estate management
• Secure handling of current MS Office applications
• Class B driving licence
• Embossed organizational talent with team skills
• Pleasure of personal and telephone communication
