With the support of the entire project team, you take over the expertly-competent building management of the electrical engineering plants as part of turnkey office and residential projects Together with your team, you organize and monitor the construction process in a professional manner and coordinate our entrepreneurs You are responsible for monitoring standardised quality assurance within the team The rough and fine schedules will be drawn up together with the project team on the basis of our agile construction process control system for the purpose of ensuring timely processes and keeping the cost framework in place. As a competent contact person (m/w/d), in the team to complete the project, you are organising the acceptance and commissioning with our construction partners and customers

You have a degree in electrical engineering or a completed training as a master / technician (m/w/d) in a related field Experience in electrical engineering construction management You have good knowledge of electrical engineering and ideal knowledge of contracting and construction Routinized handling of current MS Office applications Self-employed and structured working and enforcement You have an open and motivating communication capability paired with enforcement strength and negotiation skills
