Design the future of modern defence systems. As a dedicated project manager (m/w/d) in the Guided Missile Launcher product range, you are responsible for systems to expand the mission and functionality of military platforms such as the SPz Lynx or the Puma. The focus is on mission systems for steering missiles (e.g. MELLS & ATGM) and their integration into different carrier platforms. In this key role, you combine excellent stakeholder management with professional project management and control a complex development and integration project from the concept phase to the ready-to-use. Responsibility for the quality, time and budget-oriented planning and the implementation of national and international product projects within the meaning of the corporate objectives Self-fulfilment of contracts and active risk and claim management inside and outside Conduct negotiations with customers, partners and suppliers in coordination with the participating specialist bodies Professional leadership of interdisciplinary project teams as well as management of suppliers in cooperation with purchasing Sustainable maintenance of customer contacts and ensuring targeted internal and external project communication Progress monitoring, compilation of reports based on controlling reports and support for sales in the offer phase

Successfully completed business or technical university studies or comparable course Multiannual experience in project management and responsible leadership of interdisciplinary teams Project management certification according to GPM standard is desirable Experience in the integration of complex systems and products desirable English language skills (in word and writing), other foreign languages (Spanish, French) are desirable #LI-SS1
