The Interdisciplinary Emergency Care – House of Advanced Emergency Care (GBA) – of the Vivantes Klinikum Spandau provides approximately 35,000 patients annually with diseases and injuries of all degrees of severity from the entire spectrum of emergency medicine. The central emergency service includes an interdisciplinary short-term reception station (INKA) as well as an independent medical practice. With certified facilities such as the Regional Trauma Center, the Cardiac Arrest Center and the supra-regional Stroke Unit as well as the occupation of emergency medical vehicles (NEF) of the Berlin fire department, the emergency room offers a state-of-the-art and versatile working environment.
