Team Leader Tour Support (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees in disposition and tour care Implementation of employee/ feedback talks as well as training, incorporation and instruction of new and existing employees Promotion of personnel development Implementation of team and leadership rounds and active participation in management meetings and decision-making processes Ensuring flexible guidance over day and night shifts Holiday, shift, application and weekly planning incl. Resource and demand control (personnel, vehicles, equipment) Daily cost and budget control, control and adaptation of local traffic in day changes Release and control of special drives Control of external service providers and craftsmen Analysis, control and implementation of CSDP and improvement measures Quality analysis (e.g. T-OCs. T-NLs, FC results), evaluation and control of delivery quality and introduction of measures Ensuring process standards in disposition and tour care as well as cross-site team coordination Close communication and coordination with customers, transport management, commercial and specialist teams Communication of relevant deviations and escalations and ensuring transparent information flows between layers and teams

Complete training or studies in the field of logistics or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in tour control, disposition or operational management in logistics leadership experience, ideally with team responsibility over several locations Secure handling of MS Office, tour planning and monitoring systems (e.g. X-Server). TTMS) Analytical skills for evaluating KPIs and controlling improvement processes High self-initiative, organisational strength and decision-making Representative communication and leadership skills, empathy and enforcement Loadability, flexibility and readiness to work in different layers
