Location: Karlsruhe Job-ID: 19184 Support in the implementation of facility management projects with focus on area management Accompanying important tender processes for services such as cleaning, winter services, road cleaning and facade renovations Takeover of the monitoring of maintenance measures as well as recurring audits of our auditable plants Collection of IST states as well as requirements directly on site and advance documentation as well as continuous updating Documentation and recording of relevant interfaces and the creation of important documentation in facility management Development of future-oriented KPIs as well as a modern ticket system for efficient reporting, processing and feedback of malfunctions Participation in the strategic development and introduction of modern land use management at our site

an ongoing study in the field of facility management, civil engineering or economic engineering or similar technical understanding and genuine interest in industrial and commercial processes German knowledge (C1) and advanced English knowledge (B1/B2) for smooth communication safe handling of google workspace and first basic knowledge in SAP, digital tools or CAD applications high readiness to learn and an open mindset for new, varied tasks and modern methods reliable hand-on mentality and the willingness to take active responsibility for work safety and environmental protection at work
