Associate Asset Manager - Commercial Real Estate/ Logistics (m/f/d)

Together with an existing team, you are responsible for a diverse portfolio and tax the asset management strategy, lease contract management and external property management. In doing so, you actively advance the value increase of the assets and build strong local and national networks. You develop and implement sustainable asset management strategies to increase the performance and value of our real estate portfolio. You actively participate in the development and implementation of the rental strategy of your objects and conduct lease negotiations with new and existing tenants until the successful conclusion of the contract. You identify value-added and optimization potentials and guide measures for the sustainable development of the real estate. In addition, you control and coordinate external service providers such as brokers, architects and property and facility managers and ensure efficient cooperation. You analyze object-specific risks, identify potential red flags at an early stage and inform management about relevant developments (e.g. Health & Safety, Insurance, Payment Behavior, Technical Maintenance or Empty Risks). In addition, you work closely with the areas of construction, project management, development and finance, in particular with capex measures, refurbishments, extensions and (re) developments.

You have over 2–5 years of professional experience in asset management, property management or a comparable function in real estate. You have a degree in real estate, business, real estate or comparable real estate education. You bring a strong interest in real estate markets and economic relationships and have a good understanding of market, location and tenant requirements. You work analytically and structured and have a good understanding of real estate performance, business plans and economic indicators. You're sure to go with data, reporting and digital tools (especially Excel) and have a strong numerical understanding. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
