Professional and disciplinary leadership: You conduct the contract management team professionally and disciplinefully, develop the employees and ensure clear responsibilities and uniform working methods. Hands-on in the construction phase: In the current setup phase of the company, you are actively and operational. You shape structures parallel to day-to-day business and take responsibility for complex contractual and supplementary issues. Strategic contract management: Over the entire project life cycle, you control contract and follow-up management at a higher level and support complex contractual issues and risks. Contract management and negotiations: In demanding contract and subcontract negotiations, you enter your expertise, check and evaluate contracts, supplements and risks and actively accompany critical negotiation situations. Project administration and standards: You develop, establish and optimise contract, rebate and claim management processes as well as management tools and ensure their uniform application in the projects. Coordination and internal consultation: As a central contact person, you work closely with project management, purchasing, controlling as well as relevant internal and external stakeholders (e.g. insurance, consultant, treasury). Training and coaching: Through targeted training and coaching of project teams and contract managers, you strengthen contract awareness and promote a professional and forward-looking contractual culture. Communication and documentation: You are responsible for the quality and strategy of contractual communication, check central writing, supplements and claims and accompany escalations to clients, partners and subcontractors.

Qualification: A completed study in civil engineering, civil law, commercial law or a comparable field of expertise forms your basis for this position. Experience in Contract Management: Multiannual professional experience in contract and after-subscription management of construction or civil engineering projects, ideally in a senior or lead function, you bring. Legal security: Funded knowledge in VOB, FIDIC and BGB allow you to assess contractual circumstances and risks. Management competence: You have experience in managing and developing employees and understand how to strengthen and manage your team professionally. Economic and strategic thinking: Budgets, risks and resources you keep in mind and meet decisions with a view to the overall project and corporate goals. Communication strength: You communicate sovereignly on all levels – in German and English, French are of advantage. Mobility and presence: Your work center is our German head office in Isernhagen. With special questions, you are regularly present at the construction sites and supports your team on site. The willingness to travel to our headquarters in Ghent, for example for management meetings, will help you. .
