As a lawyer (m/w/d) in our Auto Bank, you are the legal engine behind the scenes and make sure everything is running. An overview of your tasks in detail Advising the areas of expertise on all relevant legal issues, focusing on loan law, leasing, debt management and insolvency law Support for insolvency cases in the area of retail purchase financing answering questions from the departments, support in correspondence with customers and lawyers, and answering lawyer's written statements in the extrajudicial field Support in contract management in cooperation with the contract body and the departments and in the preparation and Examination and modification of contracts with external partners Analysis of legislative changes, new laws and case-law in the priority areas as well as the derivation of necessary adjustments in workflows and support in the implementation by co-operation or management of projects Permanent revision and updating of contracts and forms used in the home Coordination of cooperation with external lawyers and debt collection companies as well as contact persons for these Implementation of internal training on areas of responsibility and competence Representation for local complaint management

Projektmanager (m/w/d) 2-5 years of professional experience in a comparable position in the company or a law firm with an economic focus, ideally knowledge and/or experience in insolvency law Extensive understanding of economic issues and independent conceptual work English knowledge in word and writing Very good linguistic expressiveness in word and writing Pro-active, cooperative and constructive cooperation with all partners (internal/external) Very good presentation skills Ability to present complex issues in a comprehensible manner also for non-jurists Safe and competent occurrence, negotiation skills and enforcement skills and good handling forms Very good knowledge about MS Office readiness to above-average engagement Self-employed and structured working, teamwork, flexibility and reliability
