You are the central contact person (m/w/d) for our FM customers and assist them in the planning and implementation of construction projects in the department of ventilation and refrigeration technology over all performance phases of HOAI (LPH 1 to including LPH 9) Your tasks include the design and dimensioning of refrigeration and ventilation systems, the coordination of all specialist structures involved in the project, and the control and coordination of subcontractors You create project-related planning documents and check audit documents, ensure periodic project accounting and ensure dates, budget and quality You implement the projects independently, take responsibility as a single point of contact and actively enter into optimization processes Your focus is on sustainable, economic solutions and high performance quality in line with relevant legal requirements
