Bar Supervisor (m/f/d)

You support the management of our bar and Rooftop Bar and provide an exceptional guest experience at the highest level together with the team. You are a visible host, live service excellence and delight our guests with their passion for bar culture and hospitality. With your positive radiance and hand-on mentality, the team will support you in operational day-to-day business and will proceed with a good example at any time. You take responsibility for a smooth service process and ensure that our high quality and service standards are complied with consistently. You bring creative ideas into the development of signature cocktails, seasonal beverage cards and innovative bar concepts. You advise our guests competently and individually and create special moments that remain in memory. You respect the highest standards in terms of quality, hygiene, presentation and detail accuracy. You support the team members' involvement, promotion and motivation and contribute to a valuable and inspiring team culture. You work with goods orders, warehouse controls and inventory and ensure responsible handling of resources. You support the analysis of relevant key figures and provide ideas for the continuous optimization of service quality, efficiency and sales development. Together with your team you create a stylish, lively atmosphere that delights guests and motivates employees.

You bring well-founded and multi-year professional experience in the upscale bar or gastronomy scene – ideally with leadership experience You are bartenders of passion, with expertise, creativity and the will to set standards You lead with clarity and empathy and know how to inspire and keep teams together You have a sense of trends without running behind any hype You pay attention to details, from the clothing to the quota of goods You bring business know-how to you pragmatically and purposefully implement You are there when it comes to, even in the evening, at night or weekend You speak German and English very well - other foreign languages are of advantage but no condition Excellent handling and a well-kept appearance round your profile We would like to point out that an existing work permit and a residence permit or the nationality of an EU Member State are a prerequisite for employment with us.
