Project Management Assistants in Commercial Project Management (m/f/d)

Commercial project management: Your main task is to ensure the economic management and implementation of our civil engineering projects. You monitor budgets, costs and services and keep the project management up to date with regular reports. Contract management and legal voting: In the field of project-related contracts, you are responsible for the examination and processing, in particular of work contracts. You support the application of BGB and VOB, with trainings available if required. Cost and performance calculation: The analysis of project-related numbers and the creation of calculations are also part of your task. You work closely with the project management to achieve the economic goals. Documentation and reporting: An important part of your work is the structured management and care of all relevant project documents. At the same time, you will ensure that deadlines and standards are complied with and all important information is ready for use. Interface and communication: In your role, you act as a central point of contact for commercial topics. You work closely with construction managers, external partners and the controlling to ensure a smooth flow of information. Optimization of processes: You analyze existing commercial processes, identify potential for improvement and implement measures that increase efficiency and quality in project management.

Qualification: A completed commercial training, such as an industrial businessman or wholesaler and foreign trader, forms the basis for this position. Ideally, you have experience in the technical production environment or in the construction industry – cross-comers are also welcome. Technical understanding and affinity for contract law: topics such as BGB, VOB and contracts of work awaken your interest. If you want to further develop in these areas, we will be happy to offer you appropriate training. Number affinity and controlling competence: Numbers are exactly your thing: With pleasure you analyze and evaluate project-related data and bring knowledge in cost and performance accounting. Organizational talent: You work structured and keep an overview even in stressful situations. A detailed approach is obvious to you. Communication strength and team spirit: With clear communication, excellent knowledge of German and a fine feeling for teamwork you convince. Working with different implementations is fun. IT knowledge: The handling of MS Office, in particular Excel, is easy for you. Ideally, you also have experience with document management systems (DMS) or ERP software.
