Plant Controller Plant Berlin (m/f/d)

You take the central responsibility for all controlling processes at the Berlin site - from reporting, planning and forecasting to monthly and annual accounts to scenario calculations, investment assessments and approval processes. You analyze the performance of the work in terms of cost and performance and work on continuous improvement processes.

You identify potentials for optimizing all types of costs and investments – and ensure their consistent implementation and tracking.

As a business partner for executives and management, you provide relevant financial control information, accompany decision-making processes and actively support the implementation of strategic goals.

As a business partner, you are actively involved in cost center planning - with an analytical view, a clear savings ring and the claim to support decisions based and transparent.

Analysis and response of ad hoc requests, performance reporting for the production site, preparation of decision bases, chance and risk assessments. You develop recommendations for action for the work and work closely with auditors - including evaluations, documentation in the annual financial statements process and topics related to billing prices.

You’re reviewing article specifications and work schedules, reviewing them with regard to best-practice potentials and supplying the relevant input variables for article calculation – such as hourly rates, utilities and plant assignments.

You play a key role in the development and control of central processes, in particular with regard to SAP and the digital process optimization.

You have completed an economic study with a focus on finance / controlling and brings several years of professional experience in controlling in the production environment.

Your ability to develop meaningful stories from figures and to make complex relationships understandable, as well as your analytical strength and process-oriented, conceptual thinking.

With your safe appearance, self-initiative and pronounced communication skills, you convince at all levels where you are looking as a savings partner and consultant. You understand how to inspire and take others for your ideas.

You have very good SAP and MS Office/Google workspace skills and good English skills. First practical experience with KVP tools in the production environment is of advantage.
