You take over the professional and personal leadership of our accounting and tax team and contribute to the smooth handling of our internal processes. In addition, you take over the strategic control of tax processes in the Group and are the key player for complex tax issues. They are responsible for the quality of the results, timing and process optimization to increase the cost-effectiveness of the processes In this context, you are proactively following new legislation and jurisdictions in the field of accounting, sales tax, processing national and international issues according to legal requirements and assisting in the production of tax reporting for the Group You work closely with the INIT subsidiaries to further develop the processes for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements In addition, you are contact person*in for auditors and tax advisors They ensure quality and efficiency and act as a central interface between the team, management and the INIT Group and are also key partners for the international companies in the field of tax and accounting In your role as team leader, you control the capacities of your team, conduct regular employee talks and promote individual development

Completed business studies with the focus on accounting / taxes, preferably with training as a tax advisor*in You bring multi-year professional experience in tax and accounting at Group level Ideally, you already have experience in professional or disciplinary leadership – or want to develop in this direction You go ahead, set impulses and motivate your team with clarity and persuasiveness Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. IFS) as well as common MS Office applications Very good knowledge of German and English (in word & written)
