As a Process Owner of the business organization, we are responsible for defining professional processes and guidelines across the company, integrating them into the existing process and application landscape and as client of IT closely accompanying the implementation.

In the area of Purchase to Pay, the process management is carried out for business finance and accounting processes, as well as the process management of the individual and group financial statements. These include the development of process changes, the conceptual support of IT in the context of implementation and change management in the field of expertise. We offer you the opportunity in a dynamic environment to independently and actively manage the continuous development and optimization of the (partial) processes that you supervise based on SAP and Rewe's own applications.

What you do with us:

You take responsibility: You are directly responsible or engaged in the team in the processes and projects that are transferred to you in the extended subject area of the warehousing processes (inventive procedures, and monthly financial statements for REWE and PENNY) You are competent contact person: You are the central business partner for the respective specialist department and advises them holistically on business questions about your processes. You can easily link the issues of accounting and IT. Your expertise is in demand: You develop concepts for existing and newly established processes according to agile methods. You look at the whole thing: You are raising current inconsistencies or inefficiencies, designing requirements and implementing them according to consultation with stakeholders in the respective process. You show your analytical skills: You analyze data constellations that occur independently and proactively and make these analyses available by means of reports (DWH, SQL) in the team or the specialist departments. You prove your communications talent: You support the specialist departments in carrying out tests, train the users and represent the (partial) processes that you supervise in a convincing hierarchy-crossing manner in front of company and specialist bodies.
