You process, check and document the quarterly accounts of physicians and psychotherapists You will advise our members by phone and answer questions by e-mail about the topics of billing, such as the Single Assessment Panel (EBM) You use various programs for processing bills and documentation You participate in working groups on accounting issues and support in accounting-related projects You support the quality assurance of accounting-related business processes

A completed vocational training with a focus on health care, for example as a practical manager, specialist in health and social affairs, merchant/wife in the healthcare sector and/or a further education in health management, as an alternative to a completed professionally relevant high and/or Higher education Knowledge and experience in contract medical billing are advantageous Basic knowledge of the legal standards relevant in the outpatient field, e.g. EBM, Federal Coat Contract Doctors (BMV-Ä), agreements of the Joint Federal Committee (G-BA) in Hesse A good understanding of IT-supported workflows and fun to participate in innovations Fun at work on the phone and lust to help members and depreciating posts in enquiries and very good communication skills in word and writing A quality-conscious way of working independently and as part of a trusted team Flexibility and team spirit
