The large district town of Giengen an der Brenz with its around 20,000 inhabitants has numerous economic and craft businesses, a good infrastructure, all types of schools, diverse childcare facilities and attractive, versatile leisure and recreational services.

As a complement to our team in the municipal warehousing sector – finance, investments, taxes, levies – we have to occupy the following position at the next possible time:

in full or part-time (min. 50 %)

Their tasks are in particular: • Employees in the introduction and implementation of § 2b UStG, • Creation of VAT - Pre-registrations and VAT - Declarations, • internal administrative contact*in sales tax matters, • further tasks in the municipal warehousing after weisung.

We expect you to: • training as an administrative specialist or a completed vocational training with comparable experience in the above-mentioned field of activity (e.g. administrative/financial or tax (specialist) economist, account holder*in, tax specialist); • sound knowledge of turnover tax law and/or municipal budgetary law, • independent and self-responsibility, including in the interpretation and implementation of legal requirements; • willingness to address new tasks in a dedicated team, • analytical and conceptual skills, • good computer skills in MS-Office, ideally MACH finanzplus, • Loadability, ready-to-use, flexibility, self-initiative.
