• one Dream - one Lifestyle Experience Tasks As Senior Manager IT Security & LISO (m/w/d) expect the following main tasks: Strategic responsibility for building, further development and Control of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in Conformity with Group Requirements (TISAX®) Implementation and Ensuring compliance with IT security policies, standards and procedures; as part of IT projects (SDE), coordinated with business processes in the retail and automotive environment internal and external audits (e.g. TISAX-Assesments, etc.) Analysis of safety incidents, management of Incident Response Processes and Monitoring Action Plans support for IT projects as an advisory function and take the responsibility for technical testing and IT security release of solutions Close coordination and cooperation with Group Information Security, IT, Data protection officer, compliance and risk management Training and awareness programmes for all levels of Organisation Monitoring and Reporting of KPIs and KRIs (Key Risk Indicators) Contact person for IT projects with reference to IT security incl. Selection and control of external service providers and coordination/synchronization with the relevant PAG IT areas Requirements You bring the following: Successfully completed Studies in IT, Information Security, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification at least 5 years Experience in the field of information security, preferably in a company with automotive suit or more complex Retail IT Structure Experience in Information Security and knowledge of common safety standards and practices; Certification in this area of advantage (e.g. CISM, CISA) Knowledge of permission and access management, risk Management, Incident Handling and Business Continuity Management Impressive capacity, both operational and strategic issues to evaluate safety-relevant and pragmatic solutions develop experience in controlling interdisciplinary teams and external partner of advantage Excellent communication and Presentation skills, both in German and English High level of self-initiative, enforcement strength and pronounced Responsibility Note: Under certain circumstances, the required completion by correspondingly longer relevant I would like to ask the Commission to take account of this.
