Advising departments in the EMEA region in all legal matters (focusing on marketing, sales and purchasing) Examination, preparation and negotiation of contracts and other legal documents in the EMEA region (with a focus on the aforementioned departments) Support, coordination and supervision of legal disputes, both nationally and internationally Function as an interface between the external data protection officer and the marketing, sales and purchasing department Monitoring and further development of contractual and legal standards in the company If necessary, support of the team members of the EMEA Legal Team

You successfully completed the first and second state exams You ideally have first professional experience in a legal department of an international company or in an international law firm You have well-founded knowledge of economic law and sales law and ideally in the law of loudness Your English and German is reliable in word and writing Your entrepreneurial thinking combined with your structured and precise way of working and your quick understanding complete your profile
