EVPP is responsible for the requirement management for properties and complete vehicle functions (CV functions) of the MAN brand. Based on the brand identity, we translate the ambition levels from sales and marketing into technical goals and requirements and define capabilities and functional behavior of the MAN vehicles. In close cooperation with the other TRATON brands, we identify common and brand-specific requirements and introduce them into the development areas. Property management is divided into two levels: product and vehicle properties. Under each product property, there are several vehicle properties that are assigned to the same range with respect to customer values.

Your duties

Strategic and overall management of the property work within the Productproperties User Comfort and Ergonomics

Coordination of Vehicle Property Manager for User Vehicle Interaction, Physical Vehicle Ergonomics, Ride & Vibration Comfort, Climate Comfort, Infotainment and Connectivity, Acoustics and Aggregation of Results at Product Property Level

Development of a roadmap for the property to achieve the strategically defined ambition level

Collecting information from the market, customers and development areas

Identification of gaps in the product range

Creation of transparency regarding the achievement of objectives in ongoing projects

Representation of properties on bodies within the brand and in Traton

Your qualifications

Technical expertise in the field of commercial vehicles, in particular with regard to driver comfort, HMI, suspension and car storage, and interior acoustics

Knowledge and understanding of customer needs and the international commercial market

Strong communication skills in a cross-functional setup within engineering, sales and product planning

Coordination and management skills

Structured and transparent operation

Language skills in German and English

Driving permit CE, as well as entry Zif.95 of advantage
