As Senior Expert Leadership Development (m/w/d), you implement our Leadership & Development Strategy based on the corporate strategy. You design and implement target-group-specific or cross-company training concepts; In particular, this includes the independent moderation of executives trainings to the extent of approx. 110 training days per financial year You create a new learning culture in the company by using new learning formats, inspired by external exchange and market trends. You accompany team developments and individual coaching measures: Advice from department managers:in the selection of coaches or Coach: inside. You are involved in international learning & development projects of the Vodafone Group or cross-departmental national implementation projects, i.e. the implementation of new processes, organizational structures and strategies.

What distinguishes you: Successfully completed (special) university studies ideally with the focus on staff (psychology, sociology or BWL). Mind. 5 years of professional experience and extensive expertise in the field of personnel development. Influential knowledge of HR processes, such as learning & development, talent management, performance management, and in particular didactics and moderation. Teamability/ ability to build trusted cross-border relationships. Planning and organisational skills. Strategy understanding and strategic thinking. German language and English language skills (C1 to GER).

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
