Order collection and tracking up to timely delivery Monitoring of delivery dates, residues and overdues as well as disclosure of information to customers Permanent maintenance of customer master data and sales prices Processing of delivery time requests Telephone and written customer support, including identifying problems, processing or forwarding to the corresponding responders clarification of differences in the customer account
