Acquisition of all secretarial tasks from telephone to appointment coordination to correspondence Organization and planning of the outpatient private office of the chief physician settlement of outpatient and stationary services Participation in the allocation and coordination of stationary treatments Contact for patients, relatives and doctors Organization and preparation of events Representation of the station secretary in her absence

You have completed training as a medical specialist (m/w/d) or comparable training. (m/w/d) or as a first person (m/w/d) in practice. You have knowledge and experience in accounting according to GOÄ and EBM. You have perfect orthographic knowledge and control the medical nomenclature. You are safe in handling the MS Office applications. User knowledge of ORBIS is also desirable. You are characterized by a fast conception, a high degree of reliability and sense of responsibility, as well as a self-responsible, careful and structured way of working. You are an open, team-capable personality that convinces by a safe and sovereign appearance, a very good communication capability and a high service/service orientation. You are strong, resilient and flexible.
