They support the establishment and extension of the harmonised documentation management system. In your role, define, document and regulate the associated processes and processes. Support for issues relating to the handling of documentation requirements in customer projects and the training of employees in the use of existing applications within the meaning of document management are part of your task. They develop the automation of KPI's and support the internal reporting of operational document management . The auditing of process compliance and the cross-site harmonisation of documentation management are ensured by you. They complement the existing system to enable customer requirements in the context of documentation management and coordinate interfaces to change projects. They define requirements when expanding the DM to information objects in the PLM tools and author systems used.

They have a degree in industrial engineering, economic informatics or comparable training. You have a multi-year professional experience in documentation management. You have knowledge of Enterprise Content Management with reference to the technical implementation in test and release processes associated status networks of document object classes. They control MS-Office, SAP, team center and numbering systems. They possess English knowledge in word and writing.
