Relax in the Maurische Kiosk with sauna, steam bath and relaxation room. In the BiPHiT fitness and massage area, our guests can reduce the stress of the day or actively start the day. The restaurant Pfistermühle offers upscale Bavarian cuisine in real ambience of an old mill of 1573 with 95 seats inside and 30 outside. Our host house Ayingers is living in the 1A square, where the traditional Münchner host house culture is cultivated with 140 indoor and 80 outdoor spaces. „Hopfenliebe und Heimatfühl“ – Our MARIAS PLATZL opened a second house in autumn 2018: 34 guest rooms in a modern and modern style and an event location for events and cultural performances for up to 200 people. In addition, we await our guests with a newly designed WIRTSHAUS AYINGER IN DER AU – at 126 indoors and 110 outdoors, we serve Bavarian host house kitchen “newly interpreted” and also focus on beers of the family-run private brewery Ayinger.

As Chef de Partie (m/w/d), you take responsibility for your post and join the team to ensure that our guests experience culinary quality at the highest level every day. Responsible guidance and organization of your kitchen post Preparation and dressing of high-quality food with focus on quality, craftsmanship and taste Ensuring smooth operation during service Implementation and control of the Mise en Place as well as all preparatory and follow-up work Responsibility for order, cleanliness and compliance with HACCP guidelines Support and guidance of trainees and new colleagues Active cooperation in the further development of courts, procedures and quality standards Valuable cooperation with your team at eye level

You have completed your training in a technical profession (e.g. as an electrical technician). You are interested in electrical engineering - in the best case first experiences. You are motivated and you are keen to learn to develop yourself professionally and personally and come up with an unmistakable idea. You like to work with people, are real and open in your communication. You have a flexible way of thinking and fun to work organized. Your understanding is fast, your willingness to use is high and it is of course self-employed and reliable to work for you. You have a driving licence (class B) and can therefore travel the way between our two hotels (Platzl Hotel & Marias Platzl Hotel) with our company car. You want to belong directly and understand our corporate culture - then you like it, because we communicate at eye level.

In some cases, you also run a cross training so that you can get a full overview of the hotel. Your working hours (39 hours/ 5 days) are flexible to the needs of the company together with Ilir. On Sundays and Mondays the Pfistermühle (mostly) is closed. Your cooking clothes can be cleaned free of charge with us.
