Tasks with perspectives

You support the design and implementation of workshops on team-oriented topics with a psychological focus. You identify potentials and areas of action for improvement and introduce your ideas into the further development of teams. You analyze employee surveys on health topics and leadership aspects and prepare the results for presentations and actions. You accompany the Scrum Master in team development and individual challenges and thus promote the agile maturity of our teams. You provide extensive data for evaluations and presentations and represent them in a comprehensible and appealing way.

Personality with profile

You study psychology (e.g. business psychology, work and organizational psychology or a related subject) and are at least in the 4th semester of your Bachelor's degree. You are passionate about the practical application of psychological concepts - especially in the areas of work psychology, team dynamics or change management. You are safe in dealing with Excel and PowerPoint and ideally have experience with agile tools like Jira and Confluence. You work independently, creatively and structured and have a high degree of empathy. You communicate clearly and safely and appreciate cooperation in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment.
