Head of Electrical Engineering Training (a*)

In the Competence Development Group, you take the lead of up to six employees and up to 100 learners (trainers and dual students) and are responsible for the operational management of the training area. The organization unit guides you professionally and disciplinaryly and meets decisions on personnel deployment and personnel deployment planning. You analyze processes and workflows, create process and work documentation and monitor compliance and implementation of these requirements. You can ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, operational regulations, business standards and internal corporate policies. You will develop new training methods and concepts and implement them in order to optimize the methodological-didactic design of training measures in terms of technical development. You identify funding needs, implement appropriate internal measures and, if necessary, initiate external support offers, such as training-related assistance. You monitor the safety of work in the training sector and pay attention to the safe working behaviour of the learners. With the training areas and learners, you regularly exchange, get feedback and in the disciplinary framework for misconduct, including the implementation of appropriate measures and, if necessary, talks with parents and teachers in case of misconduct or learning deficits. In addition, you take over the function of the responsible electrical specialist for the field of training workshops.

You will bring a successfully completed university degree, preferably in electrical engineering or pedagogy. Ideally, you also have a completed training in an electrotechnical profession or a comparable qualification as an electrical specialist according to DGUV 3. You can prove the training of AEVO or you are ready to acquire it in time. Good work-pedagogical skills are yours, as well as pleasure in the personal and professional development of apprentices, dual students and students. A pronounced IT affinity will help you, ideally complemented by knowledge in the handling of digital environments that organize and provide learning content and learning activities. A high level of responsibility and readiness for further training, especially in the educational environment, is of course for you. Through a structured and independent way of working, you convince in everyday life. Courage for self-reflection is your profile.
