You are responsible for all operational processes, including correct and up-to-date documentation, escalation management and all team- and customer-related topics. Together with the Business Managers, you will ensure that customer extensions and changes in the scope of services are implemented efficiently and their financial impact is minimized. Using relevant productivity indicators, you control the personnel capacities in the Control Tower, identify optimization potentials and drive continuous improvements together with the Control Tower Productivity Manager. Close coordination with other Control Towers ensures that cross-departmental requirements are implemented smoothly. You have the contractual obligations of all customers within your supervised group of industries at any time and ensure their compliance. In addition, you actively contribute to monthly business reviews (Monthly Business Reviews, MBR) with customers and business management.

A successfully completed study of business management with a focus on supply chain management, logistics or a comparable qualification forms the basis for this position. Ideally, you bring at least five years of professional experience in the transport and logistics industry and have already been able to work with different customers and industries. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing allow you to communicate safely in an international environment. With your high self-motivation as well as your ability to inspire people and work together successfully in the team, you are actively contributing to the joint success. Also in a dynamic environment you keep an overview and convince by your strong customer and team orientation. Thanks to your strong time management and your organizational and prioritization capabilities, you perform tasks reliably and on time.
