Our boutique company with currently eight employees was founded in 2011 by RA/StB Thorsten Klinkner and his wife Adelheid Mertel-Klinkner. Team Assistant (m/w/d).

You support the team in all organizational tasks. You are the first respondent on the phone with sovereign friendliness at incoming requests. With a high level of technical affinity and thoroughness, You take over the pre-booking, the processing of economic indicators from the bwa and the care of documents. All digital, of course. With workflows and agents wherever possible. You ensure the accuracy and consistency of our client files and implement continuous improvement measures. You plan and coordinate meetings. You support the reception and hosting of clients during personal appointments in our rooms.

You have profound knowledge about Mac, macOS, iOS and Apple applications. You have excellent knowledge with the M365 tools Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ideally also with CRM systems and data-sensitive use of AI in your working day. You bring a pronounced affinity to numbers, data and facts and have an analytical ability to think, with a very high level of organization and coordination. You work exceptionally autonomous and service-oriented, are resilient and absolutely versed in putting priorities right even in very dynamic situations. All the tasks and appointments you have and keep in mind completely independently and solve the topics. You are willing to end things naturally and with Bravour in multi-work, and to continue training in the evening or on weekends, because it belongs to this and learning (=growing) makes you happy (podcasts, webinars, trainings, etc.). The urge for constant improvement belongs to your being and makes you happy. It really hurts you if you can't work efficiently or you can. You'd rather work in the office than at home office.
