This is your job: You have fun in the holistic advice of your personally assigned customers, mainly from the target groups standard individual customers with lower assets and academic career starters and advise them according to the Sparkassen financial concept. You have the responsibility for the planning and control of your customer portfolio incl. the activity planning and management of measures and the achievement of the potential-oriented sales targets with the focus on activity. The acquisition of new customers, for example via active recommendation management, is of course for you. You implement the sale of the desired product range in the individual customer segment according to the assigned target group. In addition, you support the private customer advisors:inside as a specialist:in the consulting of comfort customers for products outside their product range.

That's what you bring: Training/further training: You have a completed bank or savings bank training with a broader qualification, e.g. in the form of a savings bank/banker course (depending on the evaluation of the job) or a comparable training Personality & working methods: You recognize and take advantage of the opportunities for active customer engagement/acquise and achieve a high customer acceptance and retention through your behavior. You live and are responsible for the holistic and demand-oriented customer advice and consistently pursue your sales and acquisition goals. Embossed communicative skills, safe occurrence, and resilience and team skills are the key to you. Experiences & know-how: The reliability of the WpHG-MaAnzV is given. You meet as a consultant: already the requirements of BaFin or are willing to qualify with our support. You are interested in new developments, digitalization, technologies & trends.
