Project staff for construction project management - Munich (m/f/d)

Support for economic, qualitative and construction-time-oriented project responsibility according to group specifications and legal regulations Support in the planning, control and execution of construction projects from project start to completion Organize and accompany tenant talks for the targeted execution of our construction projects Support of project management in the maintenance, revision and development of performance levels, contracts or other project-related tasks Creation and maintenance of scheduled project plans (e.g. timetables, cost and quantity determination) Monitoring of quality, schedule and cost control incl. Deviation management Participation in the construction process, fault management and documentation to the warranty phase Participation in the control of construction works Compilation and evaluation of reports, if required by other departments and participation in quarterly and annual accounts

Commercial or craft training and/or further training Communication strength, solution orientation and proactive work Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; further IT skills of advantage Experience in handling SAP Knowledge of construction or project management desirable
