You work with and coordinate annual budget planning and under-year forecasts. You take care and further development of budget overviews and financial reports and are responsible for the plausibility check and commercial classification of expenditure. You support investment and cost planning and prepare decision-relevant key figures and deviation analyses. You are responsible for the commercial support of procurement and procurement processes. You coordinate commercial processes between business management, departments, art sites and external partners. You take over the preparation and follow-up of the meeting documents and presentations for the Kunstbeirat panel with regard to financial key figures. You actively work on the further development of processes, structures and communication formats of the business unit in the commercial context.

Complete business studies or a comparable commercial qualification At least two years of relevant professional experience, e.g. in financial or accounting, controlling or project management Very good user knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel, as well as pleasure in structured numerical work and understandable preparation Structured, independent and careful working with a good look for relationships Very good German and English skills in word and writing Communication strength, team orientation and sovereign appearance Interest in art and culture as well as the connection of content work and commercial management
