As a team leaderin in input management, you control the extensive operational daily business, plan the available resources and act in the sense of an intra-group service provider. You identify process and technical potential for improvement, Requirements and implements the optimizations together with the team. As a team leaderin you decide independently about priorities and always meet decisions taking into account the team- and site-wide challenges of information logistics. You recognize the potentials of your employees, develop them constantly, conduct development talks and stand up to your team as a trusting partner. Your leadership can always rely on your support in implementing strategic project goals. You have a talent in dealing with and accompanying people and are ideally serving you from a variety of learned leadership methods. In the past, you could prove your distinct communicative and organizational skills. You are characterized by a high degree of self-responsibility and openness in cooperation with other disciplines. You have already gained first experience in the management of employees and cooperation in projects. You are a merchant*woman for insurance and finance, and you have a training as a specialist or a comparable qualification. Ideally, input management is not a foreign word for you.
