In the autumn of 2026 we open our new psychosomatic specialist clinic in Treuchtlingen – with over 140 beds distributed over five stations including a private station. Our goal is to establish a Germany-wide leading center for the specialized treatment of psychosomatic diseases and to provide our patients with the highest level.

For the treatment offerings, the medical treatment options as well as the culinary care, a smoothly functioning technical operation of all existing plants and equipment is necessary. Support us as a craftsman (m/w/d) with your experience and enthusiasm.

Your duties

• Service with posture: As part of the first-line service, you are the first contact point for support requests by phone, email and digital ticket system. In addition, you will retain the existing service-level apartments.
• Problem analysis with quality: they lead a first analysis of incoming problems or Interferences and create a sound fault diagnosis.
• Troubleshooting with Efficiency: While you fix faults independently, you will forward more complex problems including all relevant information to the internal service management in Ansbach or to external partner companies with existing maintenance contracts.
• Documentation with care: Your structured documentation of the measures carried out in our CAFM software creates transparency and forms the basis for a smooth internal billing

Your profile

• You have a successfully completed training as an electrician (m/w/d) in the crafts and as a specialist (m/w/d) in the fields of heating / ventilation / sanitation.
• Ideally, you already bring knowledge in the field of telephone systems, patient call systems, video technology, control and control technology, as well as house installations.
• In your working day within a multi-professional team, you work closely with other structures and convince by an independent, analytical and systematic way of working.
• We are happy if you have been able to gain professional experience in a hospital. But this is not a prerequisite.
