Thesis Future Management - Focus on AI and AR Applications (m/f/d)

Write your final work with us and thus shape the future of the construction trade: You identify and sharpen specific application scenarios for AI and AR-assisted assistance solutions in the construction industry and in crafts. You take work processes directly on site and thereby guide requirements for interaction, information representation and data connection. You analyze relevant technologies and the market around AI-based assistance systems (e.g. voice recognition, computer vision, context-based assistance functions, display and interaction solutions) and benchmarkst providers and solutions. Designing the further development of an existing showcase for a functional prototype and introducing own ideas into interaction concepts, application scenarios and prioritization. You prepare results to address and present them as decision templates, roadmap and concrete action recommendations for management and disciplines.

Technical studies with contents AI, AR, human-computer interaction, economic engineering, business informatics with a pronounced focus on technology. Advanced knowledge in MS-Office. You have first practical experience with AR/VR frameworks, Computer Vision, LLMs or language processing (e.g. Unity, ARKit/ARCore, OpenCV, Python-based ML libraries). Understanding hardware/system integration (interfaces, sensor technology) and programming knowledge of advantage. You are ready for on-site appointments in construction and craft businesses and trust you to derive from your field observations (interviews, process recordings on construction sites and workshops) structured use and business cases You are convinced by your own initiative, your will to design and want to actively and independently shape a theme. German language skills (C1) and good English skills in word and writing.

Your mission is rewarded. For a mandatory internship, you can expect 1,400 € gross per month. If you do a voluntary internship for four months or longer or write your thesis with us, you will receive €2,541 gross per month.
