You support our People & Culture team in the field of employee support – where we are concerned with the very specific support and support of our HR Business Partner team: You help in creating documents such as contracts, certificates and letters and support HR managers:in all administrative processes – from entry to exit You will get insights into recruiting, learning & development as well as general HR processes and help actively with You take your own small projects, for example in improving HR workflows or employee communication In case of organizational questions, you are for colleagues: to find quick solutions

You study (e.g. BWL, Psychology, Social Sciences, Law) and you want to get to know HR in practice You work structured, reliable and can deal well with numbers, processes and people Communication is your strength – you like to explain things clearly and easily MS Office mastery, first experiences with HR tools are a plus You're looking for 15 – 20 hours a week to gain experiences in a dynamic HR environment and ideally bring you the first practical experience in HR or in the administrative area You enjoy interface work and translation of complex content in clear instructions
