Technical facility management: monitoring and optimization of all technical systems and ensuring smooth functionality. Project management: management of construction projects, renovations and modernizations. Cost control: responsibility for budget management in the technical field and identifying cost-saving potentials. Customer communication: Close cooperation with tenants and service providers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction. Responsibility You are the driving force behind the perfect technical infrastructure of your center.

You have a successfully completed technical study or a comparable qualification, ideally in the field of facility management, civil engineering, utility technology or real estate management. Multiannual professional experience in the technical property management of commercial real estate, as well as a strong understanding of complex technical relationships, operator responsibility and sustainable object strategies. You can safely move between operational excellence and strategic development of real estate portfolios. You understand how to evaluate technical measures economically, set priorities and implement them effectively. Personally, you convince by a high degree of self-responsibility, decision strength and communication skills. You control internal and external stakeholders as well as you act in solutions-oriented and binding situations. We require knowledge of relevant legal and technical frameworks as well as a high digital affinity. The safe handling of Microsoft Office as well as modern systems in property and facility management is of course for you. You're ready to travel.
