SINA Workflow (SWF) by secunet is a highly secure platform for digital document and process processing. It enables, among other things, the non-medical processing, the registration and the comprehensible distribution according to the need-to-know confidential information within organisations and across organisations – up to GEHEIM / EU-SECRET / NATO SECRET according to the requirements of the VSA (Decisions statement). SWF connects workflow management with security by design. Processes are implemented not only efficiently, but from the outset in compliance with regulations and in a secure manner. We are looking for a personality that combines technical excellence in customer projects with team leadership and further development to expand our SWF advisory. As a team leader SWF consultancy, you are responsible for a consulting team around SINA Workflow and supports customers in the secure digitalization of their processes. You work mainly in projects, advise strategically to secure workflows and develop your team at the same time. In doing so, you combine advice on senior level, understanding for safety-critical environments and guidance with orientation and trust. The place can be occupied in Berlin, Munich, Essen or Dresden.

30 % Team Leadership – Developing and Orienting Team give expert and disciplinary leadership of a consulting team in the SWF environment Further development of skills, methods and best practices in SWF consulting Coaching of consultants in projects Participation in resource planning and compilation of project teams together with project managers Promoting an open, trusting and powerful team culture Close cooperation with specialist sales and sales, product management, project management and development You take responsibility, meet decisions and give your team clear orientation – even in complex project situations

70 % Operative Expert Role – Customers Advise and Establish Solutions Advice from Authorities and Organizations in the Introduction of SINA Workflow (SWF) Analysis of business processes and transfer to structured customer requirements Conception of use scenarios Accompanying complex customer projects – from request intake to successful use Implementation of customer training Strategic response for customers together with specialist sales and project management as well as product management Support in offering processes, workshops and architecture/solution concepts

Completed studies (e.g. computer science, business informatics and IT security) or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in IT consulting, digitization projects or safety-critical IT projects Experience in the management or professional management of teams Understanding complex organizational processes and IT architectures Sovereign appearance towards customers at specialist and management level Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Very good German and good English skills Security check: In this environment, readiness for a SÜ2 is a must Readiness to travel: in this role is a readiness to travel of approx. 30% (within Germany and Europe) Ideally: Public sector experience Knowledge of safe infrastructures or comparable solutions What distinguishes you: You combine consulting skills and leadership You like to work close to the customer, keep track of complex projects and develop your team
