Enterprise Architect (m/f/d)

In Enterprise Architecture Management, we are responsible for the technical and technical architecture of the dwpbank, its principles and specifications and the strategic implementation of projects at the Eschborn (near Frankfurt) and Düsseldorf sites. As a central architectural team consisting of six employees, we connect business with IT and develop sustainable target architectures at a conceptual level – especially in strategic topics that make our securities platform sustainable.

As Enterprise Architect (m/w/d), you develop strategically relevant improvements and optimizations of business processes together with the Lead Product Owns and domain architects. You always take into account the possibility of standardization and integrate the requirements of our customer institutes. Conception & IT architecture: You design technical architectures that connect our business processes to the state-of-the-art IT solutions on the existing application landscape. Economy & Customer Focus: You develop the technical setup, the architecture and application landscape with the harmonisation of our technologies with a view to cost-effectiveness and customer needs, thereby consistently triggering old applications. Architecture Principles & Strategy: You are responsible for the creation and compliance of architectural principles/ guidelines and specifications, as well as the development of strategic target images, preliminary studies and solutions for the IT architecture. Communication & Stakeholder Management: You communicate with development teams, our customer institutes, as well as the Executive Board and understand how to mediate between business and IT teams in an address-oriented manner. Governance & Audits: You conduct governance in the context of Enterprise Architecture Management and support the organisation in internal/external audits or Audits.

You have completed your university degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or comparable training and at least 7 years of practical experience as Software Architect / Solution Architect (m/w/d) in the development of complex business applications. You have profound knowledge of cloud technologies and cloud architectures as well as methodological know-how in agile methods and have methodological knowledge of frameworks such as TOGAF. You are able to prepare and present complex issues addressably from specialist to board level. With your pronounced analytical and conceptual skills as well as your proactive and independent way of working, you can quickly capture topics and drive them forward and realize them independently. You speak fluent German (min. C1) and English (min. B2).
