Description Your tasks include: Further development, optimization and scaling of an existing chatbot Conception and implementation of new AI-based functions Training, fine adjustment and evaluation of machine learning and NLP models Integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into existing system landscapes Improvement of intent detection, dialogue management and response quality Analysis of usage data for continuous optimization of the Conversational Experience Ensuring data protection, security and compliance requirements

Ideally bring the following:

Completed studies in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science or comparable discipline Multiannual experience in the development of AI or machine learning systems Practical experience with NLP, LLMs and chatbot frameworks Very good knowledge of Python and common ML frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch) Experience with API integration and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure or GCP)
