Work at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating board priorities into actionable programs and delivering tangible business results
Provide the Division Board with data‐driven insights, recommendations, and strategic guidance, acting as a trusted advisor
Navigate complex environments with an entrepreneurial mindset, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to multifaceted initiatives
Build strong relationships across the organization and help shape the future of modern dairy farming through impactful, sustainable solutions
Must-have Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in management consulting, strategy, or a comparable industrial environment
Proven ability to lead and deliver complex international projects in a technical or fast‐paced setting
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to structure complexity
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills across all hierarchy levels
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive initiatives and influence without authority
High affinity for technical processes, digital tools, and data‐driven decision‐making
Fluency in English and German
Willingness to travel
Nice‐to-have Experience in industrial machinery, engineering-driven businesses, or agricultural technology
Prior to exposure topics such as strategy development, digitalization, sales development, supply chain, production, or route‐to‐market strategies
Experience working with C‐level or Board stakeholders
Experience in transformation programs, PMO work, or strategic initiative management
Understanding intercultural collaboration across global teams
Familiarity with modern project management tools and digital collaboration platforms
